Canada Soccer is the official governing body for soccer in Canada. They strive to promote growth and
development of the sport.
The Soccer in Schools Program connects classrooms and communities to the world of soccer.
The program provides educators with engaging and accessible educational resources to support youth soccer
engagement.
One of these resources is the Canada Soccer Playbooks. Collaborating with Kidzsmart, the playbooks inspire and
build kids confidence while prioritizing fun, accessibility, and inclusion. The project consists of 3
booklets targeting different grade levels. Each book contains age-appropriate interactive games,
trivia, soccer stars, and content to encourage health, activity, and a connection to soccer. Available in 7
different languages, they welcome students from all backgrounds across Canada.
